I could find very few consumer reviews for Naturally HUGE. One stuck out (ahem), however:

Other reviews by writers like me voiced what I suspected. You may see an increase in GIRTH and VOLUME using Naturally HUGE, but other than that–I wouldn’t expect too much. I’ll go into that more under the heading of “Quality Ingredients.”

Naturally HUGE is not bad or ugly, and it may be “good” if you don’t expect to look like a porn star.
Naturally HUGE’s ingredients are thrown into a PROPRIETARY BLEND. Blends are usually bad because they contain little of the costly and effective ingredients, and loads of the cheap and crappier stuff. But one thing going for Naturally HUGE is the “HUGE” 1,877 mg blend.
Hopefully in this blend you’re getting enough of the other thing going for Naturally HUGE–”Vasodex”–which uses a combination of arginine and citruline–natural nitric oxide boosters (or “NO” boosters.) What are NO boosters? Body builders love them. They widen arteries, which increases blood and oxygen flow to the muscles, giving body builders that “pumped up” and HUGE look.
If these ingredients can effect muscles like that, just think what they could do to the penis!
So I can see Naturally HUGE creating volume and girth to the penis, and giving increased hardness.
What I can’t see is INCREASED LENGTH. I mean come on, Naturally HUGE would have to be a miracle pill straight from the pearly gates to defeat genetics!
Naturally HUGE also contains Maca Root and Long Jack (ahem) for sexual desire and penis enlargement (although I wouldn’t put too much faith in them), and tribulus terrestris for a proven testosterone boost.
Overall the ingredients are pretty good–but again, I would question dosage in a blend.
